I went to this clinic to get information for routine screening colonoscopy per my colonoscopy. Routine screenings are free per my insurance. What they don't tell you is they will ask you questions in order to get a diagnosis. If you tell them you have any type of problem whether it concerned you or not, you will then be charged. So even if you would have not normally gone in for something unconcerning, if you mention ANYTHING, be prepared, they will charge you. They don't even do tests to confirm diagnosis. I have not worked all summer and times have been stressful. This just pushes you over the edge. They even gave me someone else's paperwork. I accidentally called her when I received my insurance explanation of benefits because I was trying to cancel my colonoscopy. I was billed $243.00 for 10 minutes of time. I just don't need this stress.

Doctor was nice, kept outlining the risk of the upcoming colonoscopy procedure, felt almost like she was trying to discourage me from doing it. But I’d rather deal with the discomfort of a procedure than my continued health issues. She kept outlining the risks even after that, to the point I wondered if she was trying to tell if I was faking and was trying to scare me off. I have to say, it is a very good method for driving off fakers, I’ll give her that, it’s genius
