Coral Ridge Outpatient Center

Had a procedure done at this center on Tuesday and had the most amazing experience! Everyone was incredible: Ashley at the front, Minnie in Preop, Sol, Ieva, Dr. Zakko as my team, and Kristina, Sasha, and Sidney in PACU. My Nurse Anesthetist, Paula was exceptional! It was such a good experience if I had to come tomorrow again, I’d be thrilled! Thank you to Beth and Kathy for the later phone calls to make sure I was doing well! I don’t know where any negative reviews come from because this center is run like a well-oiled machine! Thank you all!!!

I had a procedure on 10/21/25. The staff was exceptional. I especially want to compliment the nursing staff. Nurse Wendy was very helpful, efficient, courteous, and put me at ease before and after the procedure. And of course, Dr Bloom, who I come to Florida from snow country, the only doctor I truly trust. Kudos for your expert staffing. I highly recommend this facility for any and all surgeries, the facility is spotless and impressive.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy 2/19/26 at this facility Coral Ridge Outpatient center. My nurse called me the morning of to inform me that there were cancellations and asked if I could arrive in an hour. Instead of arriving my original time of 11:45 for my 12:45 procedure; I arrived 9:45 and was told to sign in for 10am. I was greeted by the young lady to the right of the window which I forget her name. She was very pleasant, helped me with paperwork and all. However 10:55 came and I asked Ashley at the front desk how long will it be, due to me being told to come early and I called while on the way so my nurse would be ready as she informed me to do. Ashley came back to tell me that my nurse was coming to get me now, and then slammed her window close as if I had gotten on her nerves. 11:30 I was called to the back. Everyone else had gone back and been prepped. I was the first in the door and the last to go back. Once I got to the back the 2 nurses treating Dr Hotte patients were phenomenal. The nursing staff were so sweet. Caring and supportive. Once my procedure ended. In recovery my husband was called to pick me up. He came to the front desk to inform them that he was there to pick me up about 12:50-1pm. They never told the nurses in recovery my husband was on the outside waiting. 2:10 my nurse says, Daphane where is your husband i called him and spoke with him. She called him he stated he had been sitting out the door every since she called. He never left the facility from the time I went to the back. This is the worst service that I’ve ever received from coral ridge outpatient center. I’ve been there with colonoscopy procedures for many years. When I went back in to address the issue , Ashley was not at the desk. But the others were apologetic. But the damage was already done. If they would do their jobs and not sit in social time while work is needed to be done, patients would get better service. I only gave 3 stars because the nurses were so great in the back. They deserve 10 stars. But the communication of the front desk is horrible and no stars are deserved for the front desk. And this is my worst experience here.

I had a pleasant experience with the surgery center however after making monthly payments and not being 30-90 days behind they submitted my $100. 00 balance to collections. This is ILLEGAL and I will never use your services again! So I was able to speak with someone and I was told because I didn’t set up a payment plan my balance of $100.00 was sent to COLLECTIONS! AGAIN ILLEGAL! I asked for a call back from a supervisor and that never happened! This needs to change!

I recently had a procedure done at the Coral Ridge Outpatient Facility by Dr. Hotte. The entire staff from receptionist, nurses in pre-op ( Tina and Kevin)…anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, post-op staff and of course Dr. Hotte were so professional, kind and reassuring. The facility is clean, well staffed and everything ran right on time. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services!
