Confluence Health Moses Lake ASC

My review is not for that entire clinic it is for one doctor in Orthopedics, Dr. Braeden Cook, ARNP. This man was the 5th doctor/ specialist I have seen for my medical situation. He sat down and LISTENED to everything I said. Regardless of any treatment plan or conclusions or next steps, that alone spoke volumes of the kind of doctor he is. He asked questions and let me answer without cutting me off or making me feel rushed. He 100% understood my frustrations and agitation towards my situation and all the procedures and "trial treatment" (I say the because it seems some doctors close their eyes and throw a dart and choose to try whatever it lands on). He gave me direction to go in and steps to take and options going forward. If you have a need for an Orthopedic Dr. I highly recommend this man!

🤬I had my "female" appointment yesterday, didnt feel like I was allowed to have my appointment first off, like me being there was a waste of this lady's time. She was rude, didn't communicate nothing. Kept wanting to know "is there anything eles" when I would say no she looked at me like I was lieing. Before I could even ask a question about my appoinment she walks out and says "okay then we are done here". No professional, no care, nothing that would make me want to go there again. I was so surprised by the atmosphere, is what truly appalling.

From creating an appointment to the actual exam the team here have been friendly, attentive and professional. The wait is also not long. Sophie I must give kudos to for going above and beyond to make sure the reports we needed for an upcoming Dr appointment were going to make it to the right office. So nice to be treated like a human. Thank you Sophie for your tenacity and kindness.

I went with my significant other to an appointment with Dr. Orton and was disappointed at the "care" my significant other received. Once the doctor came in and introduced himself, he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. He left my significant other with more questions than answers, primarily because we were apparently disrupting his day. On our way out, Dr. Orton was stretched out at his desk doing nothing. Apparently, we were an inconvenience to his stretching session. We are going to ask to be transferred to another provider, one that doesn't act like doing his job is an inconvenience.

Nice clinic. Wait times are long but that is normal for any Hospital or Clinic. More so these days but it has always been a busy place. Going to a place like this expecting to be in then out is like asking a fig tree for an apple. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I keep getting sent here for random drug tests from my employer. Each time has been easy.
