I am very please with the care I get from Lemoine, particularly vs the assembly line approach I experienced at ATI. Everyone at Lemoine is competant, patient centric and truly a pleasure to be with. I've finally found my PT professionals. No regrets. I actually look forward to my appointments. Lemoine is making my life better by fixing what I have done to my body.Thank you Lemoine. Oops. Review of wrong provider. That said, I can say all of the same things about Complete Pain which is also outstanding, especially compared to Clearway Pain Management which did more harm than good. Great job Complete Pain. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I absolutely LOVE the office & staff at this office. They have always gone above & beyond to make my appointments go smoothly each & every time. They always communicate with me about the details of my care & really make me feel like I'm in good hands. I have finally found an office with the kind of staff that makes me feel like I'm in the presence of friends!

So far, I have only made an appointment. I have not yet been to the office. However, I spoke to Kathy and she was amazing. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks. She went over any information she needed while we were on the phone, to cut down on any misunderstandings or missing information. If everything else goes as well as just making the appointment, this place is going to be amazing. Back for another review. I actually went to my appointment today. Everyone, and I mean every single person in the office, was lovely. Everyone was very professional, but also casual and approachable. Stephanie, at the front desk made me feel at home and comfortable as soon as I walked in. The two nurses (whose names I do not remember), were also professional, but fun to deal with. The doctor looked at previous imaging while I was in her office and explained things to me my spine surgeon did not explain. She answered every question I had, even if they were not exactly relevant To pain management. She ordered imaging, we made a plan to proceed together. I could not be happier with this office.

Setting up 1st visit was easy. Received a lot of help from Cathy, she really went out of way to help me set up my account, couldn't have done it without her help. Answer questions by text fast not use to getting that kind of response. Kudos to Cathy. Thanks

Excellent care !!! Been to three different Complete Pain Care offices and many providers over the years Monica , Valentine and the MA (didn’t catch her name) are a treat, a pleasure and warm. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME IM THERE !! Thank you for their caring genuine expert professionalism!!! I’ll never change again !! Wish there were MORE STARS TO LIGHT UP Also, manager Sandy is as professional and caring as they come. What a delightful experience all around !!!!
