Staff is always great to work with. Stephanie makes check in / check out easy. Dr. Ruth is awesome. He knows what to do to keep my pain level bearable. I was in an automobile accident 4 years ago. Between my Neurosurgeon and Dr. Ruth, I'm in good hands.

This clinic is a joke. They call themselves pain doctor's but really they are just a bunch of fakes. My husband has a health issue that causes much pain and will eventual kill him. The doctor came in never examined him and than told us to go to another pain doctor. So if your looking for a real pain doctor you might want to consider not ging to this so called pain clinic and wasting your time and your insurance company's money. Its ashame when the health system fails your loved ones. Its even worse when your family doctor cuts you off of your pain medication cold turkey, which puts you into horrible withdrawals tells you you must go to a pain doctor and you go to a pain doctor just to hear him tell you he can't help you and sends you to another pain management doctor. Really....and they call themselves doctor's. They take an oath that they will help their patients and than turn around and let a man that is in continuous pain and dying continue to stay in pain. So are the doctor's at this pain clinic for real.....I would think twice before wasting your time going to this so called pain management clinic.

Got a first appointment nased on a referral quickly. Staff was courteous and efficient and the doctor was prepared and listened to my complaint. I was given a one-week follow-up appointment, as pain remediation is a process and needs to be adjusted to ensure it’s working. Very satisfied with the practice at this point, although the first attempt at treatment wasn’t successful (as I was told it might not be).

Everybody was great, friendly and helpful. When I first came in I thought I was going to have a long wait because it appeared to be a lot of patients but I didn't have to wait long at all. After filling out my papers I probably sat down for about 5 minutes until I was called back. I was very pleased with everybody I came to contact with and I'm looking forward to going back next Thursday for an injection.

I had an outstanding follow up appointment. Stephanie is exceptional at checking in the patients, And making sure there paperwork is in order and the Next appointment set. My Nurse, Jasmeen did my initial exam, and was very thorough. Dr. Bell-Dzide went over my MRI and lined up My medications. Ashlee, the OM assisted me with several questions I had about my next procedure, and was outstanding with Her follow up and Customer Service. Thank you, Clearway Pain Solutions.
