Exceptional, Dr Medic listens, explains well, and spent sufficient time with me. She and her Staff were friendly, empathetic, and helpful -great team. Especially like that she was Willing to discuss options and offer a tailored plan for my circumstances.

My experience with Clearway Pain Solutions was extremely disappointing. While I was waiting to be seen, an elderly woman ahead of me was having trouble with her card, which kept declining. She clearly needed assistance, but instead of helping her, the receptionist was rude and offered no support. They left the woman in tears and canceled her appointment. The problem was not with her card. During all of this, a nurse came out and began yelling that she was taking another patient in because the woman was taking too long. At that point, I wanted to leave—and I should have. My own doctor’s visit ended up being a complete waste of both my time and theirs. I will never go back, and I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

It's so nice to be able to trust your provider and know that you are in very good hands. There's so much to offer in pain management and they certainly know how to do it! Experience was good. Amy Larson was excellent. Sometimes I feel frustrated with the organization. The delays with pre-authorizations can be exasperating. Communication can be difficult. Overall the treatment I receive is good.
