Went to the ER with GI problems and they referred me to Dr Eric Weston, saying he was the on-call doctor for them. I called and spent almost 45 minutes giving them my information and setting up an appointment. The next day they called me and said “never mind, the doctor doesn’t want to see any new patients. We have to cancel your appointment”. Ridiculous the amount of time I spent setting up an appointment just for them to cancel it. And the woman I spoke with seemed to have to empathy for it. I hope the hospital stops recommending them.
Have been a patient for procedures here for many years and have always had rhe greatest respect for the staff, Had a procedure here today, May 31 and did notice the decrease in staffing, I'm sure because of covid which has impacted everyone. Despite this, care was excellent and I had no complaints. I sure missed Dr Weston who retired this past year. but I lucked out with my new doctor.
Becareful my Husband had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. We have good health insurance they pulled an out of network anesthesiologist in to put him out, without us knowing. Now we owe $8400.00. We will be getting an attorney and our insurance is investigating the issue.
The entire staff from receptionist to nurses to the surgeon were all kind, professional and friendly. I would be comfortable having further procedures done at this location.
