I had surgery on 11/12/2025, and I truly had a wonderful experience. My nurses, Angela and Kenya, were exceptional—kind, attentive, and funny as well—reassuring me through every step of the process. I’m so grateful for the care they provided. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Chan, was also amazing—very funny, helpful, and with a great bedside manner. He really helped put me at ease before surgery.
I had out patient surgery on 11/12/25 with Dr Lavenda. The team at Lakeshore surgical care (Northwest Health Porter) in Chesterton was exactly what a person should expect. They were kind and professional. My nurses Elayne Leady, Martha, Debbie, Kim and Kennedy were top notch. Anesthesia Dr A Khan went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Thanks for a great experience.
I went in for shoulder surgery on the 30th. Of course no one wants to be in that situation but doctor Tyler Miller, my nurse Kim, my anesthesiologist Isabella, and all the other people who took care of me made me feel so very comfortable, at ease, i was not nervous at all.What a great team of professional caring people.you all took very good care of me. Everyone from the check in receptionists, nurses, anesthesiologists, and I can’t forget Dr. Ryan Plank professionalism, customer service, knowledge, communication is top tier. I wish I could get every name and include them in this review. If you or someone you know are in need of diagnosis, treatment and or possible surgery this is the place to go. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone. My husband had a few things going on , Dr. Plank fixed everything. I’m so very grateful. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.
I had my hip replaced today and from the moment I walked in everyone treated me so nice and passionate the RN that got me back when I first got there, unfortunately I forgot to look at her name tag she was so helpful and sweet and funny made me feel at ease right away. Dr Musgrave had wonderful bedside manor and answered all my questions. The nurse zeny (I'm sorry only one I thought to look at her badge) she was so helpful and encouraging getting me to get up and walk. Definitely recommended 5 star staff!
