I have worked as a clinical pharmacist in hospital settings for 35+ years. In that time I have also been on the receiving end of patient care a few times. My last patient experience was at Castle Rock Surgicenter for a hip replacement surgery. The entire experience was phenomenal- much better than I expected. From arriving at Castle Rock Surgicenter, to my release the following morning, the entire staff from reception, nurses, and Dr.’s treated me so well. Very respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, kind. Very clean facility and the teams work together seamlessly. Wow everyone was great. Jenn the pre-op nurse, Dianna the operating room nurse, and Amy and Gabby, and Kayla the post op nurse were angels. God was looking after me. We even had a Saint. Dr. Saint John, the anesthesiologist did an awesome job on pain blockers. Next time I’m getting the other knee replaced, I want him on my team. Best for last was Brandon Kolodzek and Dr. Greenhow who do miracles on knee replacements. Thanks to all the great team.
I've had a few surgeries and this was absolutely the best experience I've ever had. They didn't act like numb automotons. Everyone one made you feel at home and helped to soften the anxiety you feel before surgery. Top tier.
The Castle Rock Surgicenter Team did an excellent job on my recent Hand Procedure. Each person, from the check-in, every nurse and doctor were very professional, efficient, and a genuine pleasure to interact with. During a typically intense and challenging process, they entire team made me comfortable and I felt at ease and in good hands. I definitely noticed excellent team work and upbeat attitudes that were not contrived, but very genuine. I'm a bit of a 'veteran' of surgeries and can HIGHLY recommend the Castle Rock SurgiCenter!
