The absolute kindest staff I have ever met. They made me feel so comfortable. From front desk to the second I left every single person I saw was absolutely amazing!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Came in for a consult to have a procedure, before I scheduled the he procedure I needed to speak to someone to make sure this would be covered under my insurance… the woman told me it absolutely would, it is preventative. Lied, classic bait and switch. It is not covered since they said it was diagnostic. Spoke to everyone in that office and all i got was sorry… and a $1600 bill. I am single Mom that just moved to this city, and got completely takin advantage of. I would have never had the procedure if they wouldn’t have lied to me and told me it would be covered. I have never experienced something like this with a medical facility in my life.
