Dr. Johnston was extremely prompt, and his staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. The facility itself is spotless and well-kept, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. While I hope I don’t need another injection anytime soon, Capital Surgery Center will absolutely be the place I return to if I do. Highly recommend.
This is an Amazing Place, the Dr's, Nurses and Staff are All Very Friendly, BUT...IF you Ever Pay in Cash, WHEN you get your RECEIPT, KEEP it in a place where you can LOCATE it IMMEDIATELY,and or TAKE a PIC and SEND to your EMAIL, In Case you MISPLACE it. I say that because EARLY 2025 we went there and didn't know we needed a copay, no problem the epidural was still done, no problem. We'll on our Second visit we NOW KNEW we needed a co-pay, paid got the receipt. All of a sudden we get a bill for $220.00. And I was like... Hold on, we already paid for The last epidural in Cash and got a receipt. So How bout a place whose been in the profession for YEARS and are FANATIC at what they do, tell us they CAN'T LOCATE the RECEIPT BOOK for people who pay CASH!, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! So Now im having to look through Everything I've had to FIND my PROOF OF PAYMENT, Even though one of the Receptionist told me she could see where it was done and would speak to the billing department about it, because they have a new system now(im using a Sarcastic tone). So I was like thats unprofessional. I found the sheet that one of the Receptionist printed out to show me we have a copay for $110.00 on the first vist, which is WHY we Made Sure we had the $110.00 the next time because they weren't going to do the procedure. We DEFINITELY owe $110.00, but $220.00, and then to tell me you don't what happened to the payment book is RIDICULOUS! This is a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, THERES NO WAY YOU CANT FIND a receipt book for Cash payers!. So I was sent (asked for it) out statements for the 2 times we came there, not that that was going to help me, but now I just don't trust you with information on procedures so I wanna make sure that doesn't change. I Honestly can't believe I PROFESSIONAL business like this whose NOT a fly by night company could lose a A PAPER PAYMENT BOOK...Who Does that? The receipt SHOULD'VE Been Printed from the computer AFTER I gave my money. So my reason for stating this Fact is to Warn you, IF you Pay In cash, do what I stated previously! So you won't be stressing your nerves trying to find a receipt (in any spare time i can get) while helping with care of Not Only a Spouse with severe back problems but My 86 year old mother whose had Brain surgery because of 2 stroke that caused an aneurysm.
The appoint was for 8o clock been waiting 5 hours just for them to bring my nana to the back. Waited 5 hours for a 30 minute procedure. The waiting room was empty most of the time. I don't understand why it would take 5 hours, didn't bring her to be prepped until 4 hours later. Here is it 1:06 pm and I'm still waiting
I had an injection early this morning. The staff was ver pleasant and greeted you with a smile. The facilities are newer and they are so efficient. My nurse prepping me for the injection deserves a “shout out”. Lacy was so nice, informative, friendly and she makes you feel comfortable. She introduced herself and greeted me with smile. Her bedside manner is absolutely wonderful. Great place
I have been there several times and the staff is wonderful. There is more privacy than other facilities i have been too.
