Had my 2nd surgery here and just like the last, I couldn’t be more thankful for my orthopedic surgeon utilizes this amazing place. From the moment you walk in you are treated with compassion. The front desk staff was the the only person to show me any kindess at this facility. All the nurses in the back treated me like another number and not a person, after telling them I was really anxious and scared they replied "oh well they will give you something for that" and then proceeded to chat in the hallway why I was alone and visibly upset, waiting for the doctor. I felt completely ignored and pushed aside, zero empathy or "care" being given.
Really friendly staff. Professional yet not stuffy or too rushed. The place was clean, inviting and large enough to social distance. I would totally recommend. There is a cool snack vending area, I couldn’t use, but looks above average.
I had rotator cuff surgery on 9/18 and was impressed by the friendly helpful staff starting with the lady at admissions, then the LPN, the RN and the anesthesiologist. I was nervous and Dr. Pula and his staff was fantastic. Highly recommend.
I had foot surgery at the Buffalo Surgery Center on 7/22/25. I could not have asked for a better experience. Check in was quick and I went right back to be prepped. The nurses took great care of me and the anesthesiologist talked things over thoroughly so that I understood everything. Dr. Keating also spoke to me before surgery, and then my wife after surgery. I was released as soon as I could get dressed and function. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!
