Happy!! The facility was very clean. The receptionist were very prompt, friendly, and answered any questions I had. My wait time was minimal and was greeted in the back with a smile and easy to follow instructions to prepare for my procedure. Nurse Jenny and Nurse Michelle Are wonderful. Being nervous, I asked a lot of questions and both nurses Had a way of calming me down with every answer they gave to make the experience of surgery better. The anesthesiologist, Lauren, Was awesome as well, explaining to detail, answering every question with the reason, and what to expect. Dr. Bayer dotted all i’s and crossed all the t’s. She is great!! My overall experience from a painless IV to the moment I was Discharged will make the next time I need surgery a little less nervous. I was blessed to have this crew caring for me.
Horrible place sat for two hours after my wife was on recover before I could see her because they said “she was sleeping” that was after they made relieve her room to do a nerve block, and the doctor came in and told her everything and she doesn’t remember seeing the doctor so they had to call him back to see me whether they take care of the patients or not. I don’t know yet because I haven’t been able to see her but anybody that comes with you will be treated like crap never coming here again. The actual nursing staff is amazing took great care of my wife, but according to some that I talked to in the nursing staff it’s company policy that they keep the other person even if it’s their husband out of the rooms until they ultimately just needed, which is wrong. They had to explain everything twice because she was drugged up at noon and remembered nothing and it’s not fair. The nurses to have to work that hard. Great nursing staff terrible company policy.
