My foot surgery was canceled twice due to the lack of confidence by the anesthesiologist in her professional abilities even after full surgery clearance by a highly qualified and Board Certified Cardiologist. If you ever sense and witness self-doubt and frantic building anxiety in your assigned anesthesiologist, run for the hills! Fortunately, my fine surgeon, Dr. Dustin Davis of the Montrose Foot & Ankle Center performed my time critical surgery, after a totally unnecessary two week delay, at the incredibly professional organization at Delta Health Hospital Surgery at the Delta Hospital and I highly recommend the entire staff, and particularly the anesthesiologist who's first name is Heather.
I had ACL reconstruction surgery yesterday at Black Canyon Surgical Center with Dr. Bynum, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel calm and confident about my procedure. Dr. Bynum was fantastic - he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His skill really showed in the excellent surgical outcome I received. The nursing staff was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire day. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly caring and reassuring. Having surgery can be nerve-wracking, but they made me feel so comfortable and positive about the whole process. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience as smooth as possible. I was scheduled for surgery January 5th and on December 30th I received a call saying that because I am on a pacemaker and have sleep apnea that they didn't want to do the surgery and pushed me off to the hospital. Very upset with how they conduct their procedures
