I had a great experience here. They scheduled my surgery so fast and start to finish everyone I came in contact with was so nice and supportive. Dr. Holmes made the process so easy for us. Every nurse and person who helped was very kind, but especially nurse Melody. Her kindness and positivity helped me through a lot of the nerves and anxiety I felt around the procedure. I feel bad for anyone who goes through surgery without her there!

EDIT: THREE HOURS BEHIND THEY ARE THREE HOURS BEHIND I GOT HERE AT 10 PROCEDURE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT 11 ITS FUCJING 1PM NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. Make sure you know that they'll be 2 hours behind schedule for your colonoscopy that you haven't eaten food for 2 days for and also told the person picking you up a certain time that they worked into their day that now inconveniences them and also that instead of being here from 10 to 1130 now you're here from 10 to 130 like no big deal. The elevator wasn't working was their story. Good thing I didn't get attacked by a dog last night and am feeling like shit. Waiting for an extra 2 hours is so awesome and professional and good. Surely the results of my procedure are trustworthy and accurate based on this experience so far

This place is absolutely horrible and the employees are rude as can be. We got an emergency colonoscopy set up for my husband and they were extremely unclear with the preparation instructions, then they tell us to arrive earlier than the time they initially told us, and we we get there they tell us to wait they’ll check us in in a minute… ten minutes goes by while the two ladies are just yapping up front completely ignoring us and then when I say I need to go to my car I’m the driver am I good to step out, they finally acknowledge me and then proceed to tell us that they’re running 2 hours behind!!!!!! That’s absolutely absurd and ridiculous no warning about running behind, which is unacceptable when you’re having people fast for two days for the procedure. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I would give zero stars if I could

I had to have a minor surgery at this center. The staff was incredible and everything was smooth and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a more personal experience when needing outpatient surgery.

Horrible visit! Got here at 9. Appt was at 10:15. Went back at 9:56. 2 5 hours WAITING in pre-op.. Anesthesiologist was late, closed 3 OR's due to humidity, maybe communte with us. Finally finished at 1:15. Hopefully leave by 2 Ugghh But Avery the recovery nurse was the best thing out of all this. She was very nice. Thank you Avery
