Overall happy with the procedure, but unhappy with the lies around billing vs insurance. They noted that I would being paying upfront and reimbursed based on what ever the insurance provided. After following up with them they only are noting that they had split charges and only one did the insurance paid out for and the payment would be paid. Assuming it’s in the contract that was explained the other way but definitely be careful of their billing practices. I wouldn’t have advise to check in with another place that is more upfront with their billing practices.
Just wanted to say thank you to the tremendous staff for their care taking abilities. From the time I arrived and until I left, they provided me with the best care I have ever received. Customer service skills are top notch. Shout out to the pre-op nurse, anesthesiologist, OR nurse, recovery nurse, EVS, Care techs and sterile processing…yall make a great team and provided great care…Thanks so much 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
My wife had an out patient procedur and the communication was outstanding i was kept updated the second she was taken in. The Dr called in the evening to check on her that was unexpected and truly great.
I went to get some injections for some back problems and since the treatment was very good and kind! Adela explained everything to me very well and a very friendly treatment 😊👍🏻 and Wendy the nurse was also very friendly in the operating room! When I woke up in recovery the nurse (I don't remember her name 😖) was very kind to help me with what I needed when I left and she helps me until I get to the van with my wife! Excellent friendly and professional service! Thanks a lot!! 🙏🏻😊👍🏻
