From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and genuine care from everyone. The front desk ladies were friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly attentive and kind. I especially want to give a shout-out to two amazing nurses who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed before my colonoscopy. They had a great sense of humor and even took the time to listen to my silly story about my spine surgery when I was 7! and that we called “the tower of Pisa" 🤣 You ladies know who you are 😉, and you truly made my stressful morning so much better. On, the anesthesiologists and Dr. Barnajisn were also wonderful, explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease. It's never fun having a procedure, but the entire team at Spalding Surgery Center made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Beyond the exceptional staff, the clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has a really cool and calming atmosphere. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my visit. If I ever need another procedure, Spalding Surgery Center will be my first choice without a doubt. I highly recommend them for their outstanding care and professionalism. Two thumbs way up! 👍🏻👍🏻**

Did. A Colonoscopy and then the doctor ordered a second colonoscopy. On drs orders I did it ! Then I get a bill for $2600 and they say I should have checked with my insurance isn’t that their job!! Then only today they say I could put it on care edit but now today after taking a $50 payment yesterday say they can’t take a payment today because the account has moved t collections ! I am beyond do not go to this facility associated with cedars Sinai! And now I’m out $2600. Because of a second procedure !!! They are full of crap !!! Don’t go here !!!

I received multiple calls the day before my scheduled procedure to confirm a change of time the next day. I had to confirm my ride so I couldn't confirm without speaking to my ride first. I was pressured to contact the office before they closed that day. Once I was able to confirm with my ride, I called office to confirm and was told everything was confirmed for the next day, just one hour earlier. 30 minutes later, my doctor's office called to tell me that their office canceled my appointment with no explanation. Since I was fasting, I needed to make sure my appointment was actually cancelled because I wanted to eat (and didn't want to chance eating and being disqualified from the procedure if indeed it was still scheduled). I called them and was told the nurses were all on the phone. I asked the person who answered if indeed my procedure was cancelled, the person confirmed that it was. I asked why and they said that their office doesn't do my procedure for just one patient. They surely knew this when they called urgently earlier that day but failed to tell me. This is really unprofessional and a waste of my time for the week that I had to reschedule work appointments and also the time I had to avoid certain meds and food/ liquids for a procedure only to be cancelled at the very last moment. Avoid this place if you want don't want to waste your time rescheduling work appointments and prepping for your procedure.
