I received cryotherapy treatment from Cassie Lane for three skin tags on my neck, but the procedure was not executed correctly, resulting in three visible scars. When I spoke with her a month later, I was disappointed to find her unprofessional and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend her services and instead suggest researching other options thoroughly before making a decision.

I specifically requested Botox at every visit and had multiple conversations about not wanting alternative neurotoxins. It became uncomfortable having to repeat this each time I went into the office. At a recent appointment, I was told that I had actually received other products in the past without that being clearly communicated to me. I was also told they don’t often use Botox and typically use alternatives like Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau. Even after asking again for Botox, I was encouraged to use an alternative and told that most people don’t notice a difference. For me, that wasn’t the case. When the results didn’t work and I went back for a follow up, I was then charged again for Botox, even though I had not received it as requested in the first place. This experience left me feeling that my preferences were not respected and that there was a lack of honesty and transparency about what was being used. Patients should be clearly told exactly what product is being injected so they can make an informed decision.

We are so blessed and fortunate to have this beautiful facility in our area. The staff are friendly and professional. I always feel.safe and cared for. They really care about you and go out of their way for you. The skin center is absolutely beautiful! Gail is so sweet and professional. I've had surgery there and always felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Michael's is patient and kind and a very skilled surgeon.

From start to finish, this office practice sucked!! The front end receptionist was rude and had no personality skills. All the times I dealt with them, they're phone manners lacked. One of the background office helped was awesome; but the dr. didn't explain the procedure before he did it. The end result was abhorrent and took longer to heal than I thought. Make sure you ask tons of questions before you seek their help!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. GEORGE CSANK. I had my breast redone. I went from 380cc to 700cc and I am absolutely pleased. From start to finish my experience with his staff and nurses was very pleasant. My aftercare was handled with ease. My surgery went very well, I had zero issue. I would highly recommend Dr. George for your cosmetic surgery.
