I’ve been blessed to live 41 years on this earth, and I have never experienced a nurse as genuine and kind as Nurse Jessica. She truly brought tears to my eyes. I have always been terrified of needles and medical procedures, and I’ve carried a deep fear of nurses because of that. But my pre-op nurse, Nurse Jessica, made the entire experience feel so easy and comforting. Even though I was extremely nervous about my procedure and the needles, she helped me feel calm, safe, and genuinely cared for. I am also deeply grateful for the entire team my anesthesiologist, the nurse who assisted my doctor, and of course my Dr. Eva. Each of them played a part in making me feel supported, safe, and well cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and teamwork did not go unnoticed. Her compassion and presence meant more to me than she will probably ever know. I pray that God continues to guide her steps and bless her with everything He has destined for her life. She is truly a gift. Nurse Jessica deserves more than just a raise from my mouth to God’s ears, I pray He blesses her with an overflow of abundance, prosperity, peace, and His everlasting love. I am truly blessed and beyond grateful.
Phenomenal! From the minute I walked in to wheeling me out the door, everyone was amazing. A very clean and organized facility. I was taken care of by Jessica and she was more than amazing. Everyone that worked on me came and introduced themselves and made me feel as comfortable as can be. If you are scheduled for surgery and are nervous, know you are in great hands.
Had a great experience with my surgical experience this morning. Dr Gold and his team were exceptional. The nurses, Jess, Catherine, Kathy were all very nice. The anesthesiologist, Dr Jim Cerullo, also top notch. The facility was very clean and I was and they were very efficient in getting me in and prepped for my procedure.
I had the best experience with Baptist health surgery center I had my surgery a week ago today, I was absolutely terrified for my first surgery walking into it But the team was amazing My anesthesiologist Was phenomenal! She was such a cool lady right from the start And she did an amazing job Start to finish! The nurse that gave me my IV She did amazing Also I did not even fill her Insert it Even though I was still freaking out lol All of the other nurses by my side the entire time were incredible as well I’m so sorry I forgot names! But huge thanks to everybody that was involved in my Surgery!
Very clean. Staff, nurses, anesthesiologist (Jessie, Ann, Scott ...)were so professional and friendly. The young lady who did the IV with only one pinch and wrapped it so well so no hematoma! Everyone was so caring and kept me at ease . Wonderful experience before and after surgery. Thank you!
