I went to the fairly new facility located on Howell Mill Road. It was extremely convenient with parking directly in front of the facility. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and very detailed with their check in procedure. Everything was explained to me and my designated driver. All others encountered were friendly, professional, and engaging. Dr. Shah displayed similar behavior and greeted me with a friendly smile and conversation. Showed great concern for me and my designated driver. Two days after my visit, I received follow up phone calls that were presented as a genuine concern about me. They addressed all questions I had and informed me how to follow up if needed. A great experience and showed they valued me and my business.
Dr. Tung and his staff is amazing. From scheduling, patient in take to the actual procedure. His scheduler answered all my questions and returned my calls promptly. Dr. Tung’s bedside manner puts patients at ease and he gives a genuine sense of concern to his patients. The facility was immaculate. My first colonoscopy and honestly was a great experience. I would recommend Dr. Tung hands down!!!

Dr. Dalton is extremely personable, attentive and encouraging — I'm so thankful to have found him as I have been searching for answers to some health issues for years. After listening to my concerns he affirmed them and then set a plan in motion, encouraging me not to be daunted by the road ahead. It's still early days but I'm confident that he will be able to help me actually heal, not just place a bandaid on the issue. The rest of the staff were also kind and attentive despite my tardiness in arriving (Atlanta traffic, am I right?!) — they have a strict 15 minute grace period but the patient after my appointment cancelled so they were able to move my appointment to the next slot. I really appreciated the adjustment as I know they have a large caseload. I'm very grateful to have found this practice and will continue to come for any care I may need.
Dr. Tung is excellent. He's very pleasant, patient, and explains everything clearly. He takes time to make sure I understand. I feel heard, safe, and well-cared for. Ryan is also amazing. He's so personable and takes care of you.Together, they make my visits excellent.
