Aspen Surgery Center

Had to have a sensitive procedure here as a Canadian in the US. This was a difficult situation, but never have I been treated so well at a medical facility. I was able to book within 2 days, and waited less than an hour once at the facility. I was treated with kindness and compassion and encouraged to ask questions at every step. The procedure was done swiftly and professionally, and my husband was able to be with me during every step (except in the surgical suite, of course). Thank you to Dr. Senior, Dr. Lieh, Nurse Alison, Nurse Michael, Nurse Colleen and all the other nurses who helped me for your kindness and dedicated care. I so appreciate that I could sense that you love your jobs and care about your patients.

Very sweet check in employees although the nurses that call you back for surgery could care less about answering any questions for you. In addition to waiting an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting …. I brought my friend in for a surgery and when he was called I asked her a simple question “how long do you think this surgery’s I’ll be ?” So I know when to come back. The nurse agitated said “I don’t know but I know the surgeon is waiting on him now “ and left. We waited an hour for you and the surgeon but you couldn’t answer an important easy question that is set for her and the surgeon to know and be well aware of? Beyond annoyed Beyond rude and not helpful- especially for a caregiver to be asking appropriate questions to the nurse taking him back . Wish she treated me better and hope she learned to have some patience and empathy for others

I had shoulder surgery there in Jan 2025 and the were great. They were well skilled, kind and made sure my husband was there when I woke up. It matters to have a family there after a major surgery. They made sure I was warm and without complications before I left. Thanks guys👍

I went here to get eye surgery with Dr. Goldberg from Bay Area Retina. The surgical center was well run and the people at the front were very helpful explaining the process. The surgical room was immaculate and the team was very professional and efficient. There’s a free parking lot on the first floor of the building and then you go into a small lobby and take the elevator.
