The low google rating for this establishment is well earned. If you want to be treated like you are subhuman, buy a man who's on way too much TRT then, this might actually be the spot for you. If you enjoy waiting months for an appointment and then having it cellouxledo's out from under you. If you enjoy giving them your health insurance information and then having your appointment canceled. When you arrive, because you didn't bring the card to confirm the information you already gave them. After being told you didn't need to bring it. Then this place is for you. If you want to get trash talked by a miserable old woman who works the front desk? Who's only control in her entire life remains at that front desk? Then, this is the place for you. Hearing staff openly talk trash patience that are still sitting in the waiting room with an earshot is insane. Then, when you ask them to stop talking. So loudly, because you can hear them talking trash about you. They blow up in your face, literally, yelling and longing you names. Then, this might be the place for you. Having the doctor come out into the waiting room.Acting like he was ready for a fight? Was not something I expected in a professional medical office. This was my experience, and it's really unfortunate. Because Dr. Alan is an incredible doctor but everyone else in this organization has sullied the name of arizona gastro. I'm not kidding when I said we were yelled at to leave the office and then pima county.Sheriff's department called me and told me that I had been trespassed from the property. He also informed me that they refused to show him any video evidence. And the deputy advised me that he has had run ins with this doctor separately outside of this instance. I wouldn't trust anyone at this office ( with the exception of doctor allen) to take my trash out. Let alone to my medical care.

If I could give them a zero I would. They refused to see me because I had a colonoscopy from another doctor last year. This was a referral because I am having severe issues and my primary finally got me the referral I needed. Then they tell me they won't see anyone who has seen another doctor within the last year. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

Absolutely unacceptable billing practices. I was overcharged for a preventive screening -- something that is 100% covered by insurance. Not "maybe covered." Not "partially covered." Fully covered. And instead of automatically correcting the overpayment once insurance processed the claim, this office just... keeps the money unless you call and demand it back. Let that sink in. They will not issue refunds automatically. The patient has to catch the mistake and call. How many patients never even realize they were overcharged? How many people assume the office knows what it's doing and trust the bill? This office handles insurance claims every single day. They know how preventive services are billed. They know preventive screenings are covered at 100%. Pretending confusion or acting like this is some unpredictable insurance mystery is insulting. This isn't a rare coding anomaly -- it's routine, standard billing. Patients shouldn't have to audit their own medical bills to make sure a provider isn't sitting on their money. If you overcharge, you fix it. Automatically. Period. If you go here, scrutinize every single bill and compare it to your EOB. Apparently, that's the only way to make sure you're not quietly overpaying.

Cancelled my appointment for a routine colonoscopy with Dr. Larissa Allen (referral by my pcp) after 1) being commanded to come and fill out paperwork a week ahead of time but only during certain hours; 2) getting a message to fill out paperwork from another entity entirely (Arizona Digestive Health) with no explanation - AND nothing but a broken link to *their* online form; and 3) being shunted to voicemail when I called to inquire. The doctors may be competent but the practice is horribly run. Makes my chilly, factory-like cardiologist’s practice look welcoming. If you enjoy being treated like your doctor couldn’t give a shit, go here.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. The office is voided in Green valley and I as well as many people were never informed. Plus my doctor Gary Monash has retired and I was never told. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. I’ve gone elsewhere now and after having a blood test and stool analysis was told I have Crohns. I complained for years of symptoms and was told I have IBS! Never any extra tests or anything! They loved to give colonoscopies. Fast and easy money! Run away!
