They are very efficient in getting me in/out and all staff was nice, just rushed. Unfortunately, there was little to no interaction with the doc directly and no followup on diagnosis. I had to pry it out of them. This was unlike my prior experience with them, so comparatively, they have slid from 5 to 1 stars.

FIND A DIFFERENT GI OFFICE TO GO TO!!!!! I will start off saying, I have nothing bad to say about Lina Kay or Dr Ramzan. They do an excellent job. Dr Jackson, who I only meet briefly does not seem to know what he is doing and is not very personable. The nurse who gave me my IV was AWFUL and had to stick me about 5 times before it stayed. The office staff is also the worst I have even dealt with. You will not be able to actually speak with anyone in the office, you only get a call center outside of America and ALL messages have to be sent over to the actual office and than they will get back to you. It is the most asinine way to operate an office. The office staff is also incredibly rude and incompetent. I have asked MULTIPLE times to have my insurance billed and this seems to be a concept they don't understand. I would suggest you stay away from this office and find a more competent GI office to go to. I should have listened to the other poor reviews about this office. But now I have a bill I will not pay until my insurance (which is in network) is charged.

I was referred to Dr. Jaroudi from my PCP. I never once stepped into their office. I received a phone call from Dr. Jaroudi for scheduling while she asked a few questions about some symptoms my doctor had indicated. I declined to see the doctor for a variety of reasons. A month later my insurance company was billed as well as a patient bill sent to me. Fraudulent billing to my insurance company and to me is what is occurring here. BEWARE if you choose to take a scheduling phone call...it may cost you. Bad business.

After hanging up with this office (for the last time) speaking with Cindy who apparently was not having a good day. I was returning a voicemail they left me to go over labs and make an APPOINTMENT for a tele health visit, so I chose the option to speak to Dr Kazi staff, scheduling department, when I was told several times that I called the wrong person they have no idea who called me. Then all of a sudden after calling her out for the horrible phone manner, she found what I needed and asked if I wanted to schedule. I politely said no and please mail me the results so I can take it elsewhere. Of which she said then scared me that their may be a treatment needed. We'll Dr Kazi, work on your staff etiquette and fix your phone systems as well. It was always such a chore to get those horrible people at the front on the phone anyway. Not to mention when I dropped off my breath test I got such horrible attitude from the desk and they didn't check anything. I walk to my car and thought, I don't deserve this and I would like to know it was collected properly, it's not an easy test to complete. So I walked back in and asked for it to be reviewed, of which a rude nurse came out and then updated some info on the paperwork and took the box. In addition, the nurse anesthesitist, who apparently has done 1,000,000 hrs in level one trauma centers and travels the world to do anesthesia also has horrible bedside manner. Not only did he have some horrible things to say about politicians, of which were highly inappropriate, but also wanted to talk more about himself then to learn about his patient in front of him. There are other options out there, don't make this mistake.

Well, the reason for this poor review is not because of the doctor himself. Dr. Ramzan is an excellent and thorough physician. The issue is the nightmare regarding billing. Their billing is through some other company called Vitalaxis, and they email you bills and expect you to pay. There's a disconnect between the office and this billing company. I've called the billing company and paid over the phone (this is after they couldn't do this because of a system issue). However, there was some issue and months later, I got a phone call saying I hadn't paid, and they expected me to see their emails. I had them resend them, and, of course, they look like spam, don't have the doctor's name or anything to help you identify it as not a scam. Needless to say, over six months after my visit, I'm still dealing with this. I'm not getting much help from the office manager as well. I've left messages but nothing to tell me it's been resolved.
