The nurses are nice. However, like most everyone else has said, they have you come in TWO HOURS early, but they don’t tell you this. You are arrive thinking you have an appointment, but when I asked about “why am I waiting here for so long,” they tell you that the time they told you to come is your “check in” time. It would have been nice if they at least forewarned you of this before you show up. I have had these procedures before at a different place and I have never had to sit around for two hours. And it is small and just weird. Not like a hospital where these procedures are usually done. Bit again, the nurses were nice
I want to commend the staff at the surgical center suite 175 ! The receptionist, nurses ( before and after care ) and surgical team were nothing but professional. I didn’t feel nervous because they know what they are doing! Thank you
The worst medical procedure experience I've ever had. Two hour wait in a freezing cold waiting room. Then they couldn't find a vein for my IV. They said I wasn't properly prepared after the procedure but I did exactly what the Dr said. As soon as I came out of the anesthesia they gave me my clothes, put me in a wheelchair and took me to my ride. There was absolutely no recovery time. I'm embarrassed to say I wasn't in my rides car 10 minutes and messed myself due to built up gas they should have had me expell in recovery.
I just did my colonoscopy procedure today and it was a very good experience. The staff were so friendly! They’re funny and just awesome people. The doctor was also so friendly.! Just an incredible experience overall. Thank you so much guys !
Nurses didn’t know how to insert the iv Needle, properly. They ruptured my vain, So when I woke up from anesthesia I was in so much pain in my hand. I was punctured 3 times with a lot of pain, other nurses had to come help out because she had no experience probably. But then again in the surgery room when I was put under anesthesia. Bad experience.
