I recently had hip replacement surgery at Premier Surgery Center by Dr. Jay Cook with Optim Orthopedics. Everyone at the facility made me very comfortable prior to surgery and also after surgery. I found the facility to be very clean with knowledgeable employees. I did not have to spend the night which was important to me. I highly recommend Premier Surgery Center and also Dr. Jay Cook!

I had the worst experience ever with the billing department of this organization. I had a knee replacement 1-13-25 in which they require prepayment for my part. They included my $900 deductible which when the insurance was filed that deductible was applied to another claim. They owed my $900. Then I had a manipulation 3/14 they charged $300 out of that. It is 5/15 and I still can’t get my refund. They are saying there is another OS claim for a device and my balance is $25 credit. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I required a procedure due to back injury. Dr. Gage and his team. It was the most positive and at ease situation I’ve had related to surgery. I got along so well with the staff. I healed very well. I would recommend anyone who has a back problem of any kind to call his office. Centurion Spine & Pain Center. Waycross Ga or Brunswick Ga. He has been a great asset to me.

The staff is not only well - qualified and skillful, but they were super nice, going out of their way for me. I would especially like to compliment Dr Raymond Topp and a very special employee, Arnold Bazxle ; he was so incredibly kind to me, making me feel less anxious before my back procedure. Dr. Topp and his team, along with Premier basically saved my career, and mine and my family's well being! Premier provided a topnotch surgery center, and afterwards worked with me financially, to make sure I could move forward in these hard times! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome!
