I had a small lipoma removed from my neck. The team that I seen was AMAZING! Dr. Bunting is the absolute BEST & im thankful that I had my surgery at Andover Surgery Center! Thank you guys for taking great care of me!

They did not take care of my family member who was a patient. They don’t update family when they’re running behind. Doctor didn’t come out to talk to family after surgery was done. Poor communication. Patient had colonoscopy and they did not clean up patient after. Poor nursing.

Nicol was part of my pre op team & she was incredible, one of the best care team members I've ever had. understanding & a great sense of humor. really listened to me & very accommodating. also she's great at IVs, probably one of the easiest sticks I've ever had. give her a raise for excelling at what she does.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Took my 4 yr old there to get tubes put in and her tonsils/adenoids removed. First, the CRNA asked her if she got in a fight with a cat and laughed (she has a scar on her face from a previous accident and she’s already self conscious). Second, they tried 26 times to get an IV in. The doctor came out after the fact and told me that they were having trouble starting an IV but that was it. I counted all the pokes later that day. She is bruised all over because of that. They even tried her neck and groin and not once did they stop and see how we (her parents) wanted to proceed. 26 times is excessive! I’m more than happy to reschedule than them attempt that many times. Lastly, our post op nurse (only able to do tubes since they couldn’t get IV, No big deal) pushed us out the door before our daughter was even awake. She was cleaning everything up and told us she “wouldn’t judge if we took her out without a shirt on” and told us we could go. Our daughter was screaming and crying. I had to sit in the parking lot for 30 mins rocking her, helping her wake up, while she was screaming and crying with no shirt on.
