Dr. Mally and his nursing staff was exceptionally warm, welcoming and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable even when I was a bit nervous about the procesure I was having. I highly recommend Advanced Urology in Snellville. Everyone is very professional and caring. Dr. Patel took care of me and removed my kidney stones before my cruise at the end of the month! He is a very compassionate doctor and makes sure your questions and concerns are addressed.
This is the worst place every. Very disappointing!!! My son is in horrible pain from a kidney stone left the ER to come to that office only to be told its late they cant do anything about it. And to tell him that they can't write him a RX for pain because the supervising Doctor wasn't there. That is a joke. If this is the way you treat all your patients then you should close the doors.. Hope one of your loved ones are never in pain and get treated this way. P.S. I myself and a majority of my family are in the medical field and it is a compete disgrace to know that y'all treat your patients that way.
Dr Patel and his staff were very professional and quick. My appointment took less than an hour and they diagnosed me with the situation and a remedy and a proper medication’s to deal with it. I would recommend anyone going to him.
My prostate cancer operation was in 2022. Dr. Shapiro was my Surgeon & he and his Staff, at Advanced Urology in Snellville, GA, have been with me all the way. I just had one of my 6-month PSA reviews & as always, he was right there personally checking on me. He's an excellent Doctor that treats the Heart, along with the body, by showing kindness & empathy. Last but not least, he has an excellent Staff. Personally it can get a little stressful dealing with certain medical conditions but knowing, walking in the door, that this Staff will greet you with a smile & respect means a lot to me & I don't take it for granted.
